Haider Nazar, Chief Executive Officer
Haider Nazar brings two decades of experience in emerging growth markets with a track record of transforming growing startups into profitable and scalable enterprises. His passion for investing, economic development and impacting local economies make him an ideal fit for WealthClasses, where he oversees the world’s largest network of private lenders.
His success stems from his ability to identify strategic opportunities, gain commitment and resources, build high-performing teams, and then leading teams from vision to execution. He has held several senior management positions spanning business development, marketing, sales, corporate development, and government regulatory compliance and operations.
He serves as a board member for the American Association of Private Lenders, the University of California Sustainable Agriculture Institute, and is a member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. He previously served as a board member for Easter Seals. Haider has a BA in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
Haider is honored that during his tenure as CEO in 2012 and 2013, WealthClasses was named one of Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies. He earned the U.S. Department of Defense Nunn Perry Award in 2007 and in 2006 he was named the Managing Automation Progressive Manufacturer of the Year.
A proud father of two young children, Haider enjoys road biking, running, hiking and coaching his children’s sports teams.
George Antone, Founder
WealthClasses founder and Chief Wealth Strategist George Antone is a financier, investor, serial entrepreneur, and national best-selling author of The Wealthy Code and The Banker’s Code. He entered the business world at age 16 when his father put his knack for business to good use in several of the family enterprises.
For the last quarter-century, he has launched and operated a number of successful businesses, including The Millione Group, a business incubation and investment group, Full Throttle Venture, a private equity firm, and Wealth Classes. He also serves on the board of directors of several nationally renowned companies.
A true American success story, George is also a philanthropist who enjoys giving back. At Wealth Classes, George develops the most effective curriculum possible and also tests strategies for alternative investments and personal finance. In addition to making sure the curriculum truly delivers, being available to his students and interacting with them is George’s top priority.
Willie C. Hooks, Master Coach
WealthClasses Master Coach Willie Hooks is a recognized pioneer in developing breakthrough personal and business coaching methodologies, tools and techniques. His inventive coaching programs elevate students beyond knowledge to action and tangible results. As a result of his work, his students have made millions of dollars – as well as significant changes in their personal lives.
A sought after mentor, speaker, author and consultant to Fortune 500
companies and senior executives, Willie serves as CEO of JTE Associates, a
performance coaching and organizational development consulting company. He previously served a lengthy tenure as a senior executive at major technology corporations. He continues to share his business knowledge and operational expertise by serving on the boards of several fast growing companies.
Willie holds a Masters of Business Degree (MBA) in Strategy Formation from the University of Pittsburgh. He is passionate about working with a number of charitable organizations, including the Battered Wives Association, Boy Scouts of America, Veterans Administration, Harvest Food Bank, and Palo Alto Theater Works. He is a loving father and grandfather who enjoys watching movies, reading, and rooting for his beloved Los Angeles Lakers.
Carolann Dekker, Chief Marketing Officer
A seasoned and accomplished marketing executive, Carolann Dekker joined WealthClasses after more than two decades of experience in marketing, developing online and off-line communities, new products and revenue streams working with some of the most high-profile entrepreneurs and renowned sporting events and enterprises.
Chief among them are Tony Robbins, noted world authority on leadership, Vistage International, a 17,000-member CEO networking organization established more than 50 years ago with offices in the US, UK and China, and CollegeClub.com, the first online community to connect over 15 million college students from around the globe. In addition, she also served in marketing executive capacities for the America’s Cup and Super Bowl.
For nearly five years, Carolann headed up marketing and business development for Tony Robbins, where she distinguished herself for catalyzing the development of new revenue streams and distribution channels for the company’s events, multimedia/health products and training programs. During her tenure, she directed the creation and implementation of initiatives geared to achieving sales and profitability goals; conducted research and analyses; devised new business models and promotional strategies; and formulated and controlled multimillion-dollar budgets.
Carolann previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for CollegeClub.com, where she developed an automobile guide and brokered an exclusive three-year deal with General Motors for the largest online sponsorship deal for that time.
Carolann holds a bachelors degree in International Business Marketing from San Diego State University, where she also completed advanced Marketing/MBA graduate coursework. She and her husband, Jon, currently reside in San Diego, California.
As a member of San Diego Yacht Club, Carolann enjoys sailing with her husband on Air Boss, their 35’ J-105 racing sailboat which they actively campaign in the San Diego waters. She is passionate about animal rights and participates in local rescue organizations and supports national animal rights initiatives through ASPCA.
Ron Ybarra, Chief Financial Officer
With over two decades years of financial experience, including 12 years as a CFO and Controller for public and privately held companies in the high tech industry, Ron Ybarra understands what it takes for a company to be successful.
Ron specializes in rapid-growth, entrepreneurial companies who are ready to take their business to the next level, making him an ideal fit for WealthClasses. Ron has led finance teams in a variety of industries, including e-commerce, education, manufacturing, software and technology, professional services and non-profit.
Ron was his family’s first-generation college student and achieved his Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business and Professional Studies at the University of San Francisco. Ron and his wife, Gina, enjoy amateur astronomy, hiking and biking throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and spending time with their three children.
Brian J. Beckon, General Counsel
Brian is a veteran attorney with over two decades of experience working for companies in technology, real estate, and finance. He joined the WealthClasses team as General Counsel in 2012 and is responsible for legal and compliance functions, as well as human resources.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law; started his legal career with the North Bay law firm of Gaw Van Male; and later served as in-house counsel for Sybase, Catellus Development Corporation, RSF Social Finance, and Clean Power Finance. He is a member of the California Bar and serves on the board of the Mount Diablo Music Education Foundation.
Brian resides in Concord, California with his wife and three children. When he's not at work he can often be found at a rock concert or brewing homemade beer.
